Microsoft is currently investigating an issue impacting Microsoft 365 (Business and Enterprise).

Some users may experience degraded functionality or be unable to access multiple Microsoft 365 services.

Microsoft has determined that a portion of their infrastructure in North America is not processing traffic as expected.
